WHEN TASTE BECOMES ART

Today we are pleased to look back at an unforgettable evening. A year ago, Traductor organized, together with Osteria Acqua, a unique culinary and literary event. We invited our customers, partners and friends to enjoy the dishes of Daniela Bellisario and Barbara Vecchietti in the Osteria Acqua. The two culinary talents from Rome have revived the classic Italian cuisine. The chefs were already awarded three times by the prestigious Italian gastronomic magazine Gambero Rosso.

LITERARY CONTRIBUTIONS

Four young Italian writers created four stories especially for this event, each one corresponding to a life phase and to one of the courses. The Italian actor Enzo Giraldo read the stories (video).
